By accessing or using the Tropical Stays Getaway website, mobile experiences, and related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

"Platform" refers to the Tropical Stays Getaway website and any related services. "Guest" means any person browsing, booking, or staying at a property listed on the Platform. "Owner" refers to property owners who list their properties through us. "Booking" means a confirmed reservation for a stay at a listed property.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By submitting a booking request, you make a binding offer to reserve the property for the dates indicated.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us and the required payment has been processed. Information provided during booking, such as guest count and arrival details, must be accurate and complete.

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and service charges as specified at checkout.

Payment is processed through secure third-party providers. By booking, you authorize the charge of the full amount or required deposit at the time of confirmation. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Each property may have its own cancellation policy, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the policy in effect at the time of booking. Service fees and payment-processing charges may be non-refundable. In cases of force majeure, we will work in good faith to find a fair resolution for both guests and owners.

Guests agree to treat each property with respect, follow the specific house rules provided by the owner, and comply with local laws and community guidelines in the Dominican Republic.

Unauthorized parties, exceeding the maximum guest count, smoking in non-smoking properties, or causing damage may result in additional fees, eviction without refund, or termination of your account.

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the safety and cleanliness of their properties, and compliance with all local regulations, including any required permits, licenses, and tax obligations.

Owners agree to honor confirmed reservations and to communicate promptly with guests and our team in case of any issue affecting a stay.

Tropical Stays Getaway acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. While we do our best to verify listings and ensure quality, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of any property, except where required by applicable law.

Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance for their stay.

All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, branding, and software — is the property of Tropical Stays Getaway or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our content without prior written permission.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be resolved before the competent courts of Punta Cana, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
