Access to the Place and Condominium Rules

Guests enjoy full access to the entire apartment, including the private plunge pool located within the unit. The condo is thoughtfully prepared for your stay, with only one locked owner closet that remains inaccessible to guests.

Spa and gym facilities within the complex are available with prior reservation and an additional fee.

The condominium is a secure community with controlled access and on site security at the entrance and throughout the property. All guests must present valid identification to enter the complex. Parking is free and available for those with vehicles. The property can be accessed from both the main street and a side street, offering added convenience.

Guests may use both the elevator and stairs to reach the apartment. Entry to the unit is seamless, as guests will receive a personal access code prior to arrival, along with a confirmation email containing reservation details.

To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, the condominium observes quiet hours beginning at 10 PM. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, pets are not permitted, and the maximum occupancy is four guests.

The shared infinity pool is open daily until 9 PM.
